文章依据2007年至2016年期间阿克苏地区的数据作为研究主体。结合阿克苏地区的区域特征来选取研究指标,借助物理学中的耦合模型,来研究四个子系统之间的相互作用。经研究发现,2007~2016年间,阿克苏地区“四化”系统耦合协调度位于0~0.939之间,并且呈现出逐年上升的发展态势。在2007~2008年间,阿克苏地区“四化”耦合协调度位于(0, 0.4]区间,表明此时“四化”系统处于低度协调耦合阶段。在2009至2012年期间,“四化”系统耦合协调度位于(0.5, 0.8]区间,体现出此时期处于高度协调耦合阶段。2013~2016年间,“四化”系统耦合协调度位于(0.8, 1]区间,该时间段处于极度协调耦合阶段。为进一步优化协调度,提出了相应的对策。
This paper is based on the data of Aksu region from 2007 to 2016. According to the regional char-acteristics of Aksu region, the research indexes are selected, and the coupling model in physics is used to study the interaction among the four subsystems. According to the research, from 2007 to 2016, the coupling coordination degree of the “four modernizations” system in Aksu area was be-tween 0 and 0.939, and showed a trend of increasing year by year. From 2007 to 2008, the coupling coordination degree of the “four modernizations” in Aksu region was within the range of (0, 0.4), indicating that the “four modernizations” system was in the stage of low-degree coordination and coupling. From 2009 to 2012, the coupling and coordination degree of the “four modernizations” system was within the range of (0.5, 0.8), indicating that the system was in a highly coordinated and coupled stage. From 2013 to 2016, the coupling and coordination degree of the “four modernizations” system was in the interval of (0.8, 1), which was in the stage of extreme coordi-nation and coupling. In order to further optimize the degree of coordination, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
