通过搜集国内高速公路长下坡和隧道段交通事故并进行相应事故分析,提取长下坡和隧道路段的交通安全特性,并将各影响因素进行量化处理,建立高速公路长下坡和隧道段安全评价指标体系,利用层次分析法和模糊评价法确定指标权重及评价等级,形成山区高速公路长下坡与隧道路段安全评价方法。
The traffic accident data in long slopes and tunnel sections of mountain freeway is collected and analyzed, and the traffic safety features of long slopes and tunnel sections are extracted. By quantifying the impact factors, a safety evaluation index system of long slopes and tunnel sections of mountain freeway is established. Using analytic hierarchy process to determine index weight and using fuzzy evaluation method to determine evaluation grade, a safety evaluation method for long slopes and tunnel sections of mountainous freeway is established.
