Effect of B2O3 on the Viscous Characteristics of CaO-SiO2-Na2O(Li2O) Slag System %A 卢冰 %A 刘沐承 %A 王兆飞 %A 田镇岭 %J Metallurgical Engineering %P 66-71 %@ 2373-1486 %D 2019 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MEng.2019.62010 %X 本论文以CaO-SiO2基硅酸盐系无氟保护渣为研究对象,研究了助熔剂B2O3对保护渣黏性特征的影响规律,在CaO-SiO2-Na2O渣系中适量添加B2O3可发挥显著降低黏度和转折点温度的作用,随着B2O3添加量的增加,保护渣的黏度呈先逐渐降低而后基本稳定的变化趋势,转折点温度呈逐渐降低的变化趋势;B2O3在CaO-SiO2-Li2O渣系中的作用有所不同,随着B2O3添加量的增加,保护渣的转折点温度逐渐降低,而黏度有所升高。
The effect of B2O3 on the viscous characteristics of silicate-based fluorine-free mold flux was in-vestigated. In CaO-SiO2-Na2O slag system, the proper addition of B2O3 can significantly reduce the viscosity and the breaking temperature. With the increase of the amount of B2O3, the viscosity of the mold flux gradually will decrease firstly and then remain relatively stable, and the breaking temperature will gradually decrease. The role of B2O3 in CaO-SiO2-Li2O slag system was different. With the increase of B2O2 addition, the breaking temperature of the mold flux gradually decreased, while the viscosity increased. %K 无氟结晶器保护渣,黏度,连铸,助熔剂
