	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">财政政策是经济增长的重要杠杆，对经济增长具有不容忽视的影响作用。通过对财政政策与经济增长的VAR模型分析分析得出结论：我国财政政策与经济增长之间存在明显统计相关性，但也存在时滞，财政政策工具对经济增长的波动影响也不尽相同。要结合供给侧结构性改革背景，统筹协调财政政策，既把握时效性又兼具审慎性，既简政放权又真抓实干，更好地服务经济发展。<br />
Fiscal policy is an important lever
of economic growth, which cannot be ignored. Through the VAR model analysis of fiscal
policy and economic growth, it is concluded that there is a significant statistical
correlation between China’s fiscal policy and economic growth. But there is
also a time lag, and the impact of fiscal policy tools on the fluctuation of
economic growth is not the same. In light of the background of supply-side
structural reform, we need to coordinate fiscal policies as a whole to ensure
that they are both timely and prudent, streamline administration and delegate
power, and work hard, so as to better serve economic development.</span>
