In line with the development of international engineering contracting industry, contracting en-terprises often needed to operate projects as EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) gen-eral contractors and minority shareholders. Contractors should only fully understand their re-sponsibilities and obligations and possible risks, but also pay attention to the problems and con-flicts caused by their special status. Therefore, the contractors should be fully aware of the re-sponsibilities, obligations and possible risks to achieve the purpose of obtaining profits, safe-guarding rights and status, and maximizing all-round income.</span>
