	<span style=\"font-size:14px;line-height:1.5;\">结合缅甸油库工艺管线施工过程管理实例和存在的问题，论述了工艺管线施工工序的管理和规范实施，适用于油库工艺管线施工从开工到竣工交验前的工艺管线吹扫、试压、干燥施工工序管理。<br />
Combined with the management practice and the problems existed in the construction of process pipeline of an oil depot in Myanmar, the implementation of procedure management and its specifications for the construction of process pipeline was described. The study is suitable for the procedure management of pipeline blowing, pressure testing and drying for the process pipeline of oil depots from starting and completion of project construction. </span>
