近几年新兴的分子印迹技术(MIT)常被描述为制造分子锁以匹配的分子键,分子印迹聚合物(MIP)是基于分子印迹技术而制造的一种聚合物,它具有形状、大小、功能与模板分子互补的特异性结合位点,因此具有专一的识别性,且应用普遍。本文详细介绍了五种分子印迹聚合物的常用制备方法:本体聚合法、乳液聚合法、悬浮聚合法、沉淀聚合法和表面修饰。然后叙述了分子印迹聚合物在农药污染水体修复过程中的应用进展。最后阐述了分子印迹聚合物的优缺点及发展前景。
The emerging molecular imprinting technology (MIT) has often been described as a molecular lock to match molecular bonds in recent years. Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) is a polymer based on molecular imprinting technology; it has specific binding sites complementary to template molecules in shape, size and function, so it has specificity and is widely used. In this paper, five methods of preparation of molecularly imprinted polymers are introduced in detail: bulk polymerization, emulsion polymerization, suspension polymerization, precipitation polymerization and surface modification. Then the application of molecularly imprinted polymers in the pair of pesticide-contaminated water is related. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages and devel-opment prospects of molecularly imprinted polymers are described.
