水是人们的生产生活过程中不可缺少的东西，水源地的污染会对地区产生非常重大的负面影响。以盐城市大丰区为例，以植被覆盖度、土地利用类型以及距离工业用地距离作为阻力因子构建大丰区水源地保护安全格局，其中高中低三个区域面积分别占得比例为5.43%、32.49%、62.08%。基于水源地保护安全格局进行土地规划分区，将研究区分为适宜开发利用区、有条件开发利用区以及限制开发利用区，为研究区土地合理开发利用提供参考。
Water is an indispensable part of people’s production and life. The pollution of water sources will have a very significant negative impact on the region. Taking Dafeng District of Yancheng City as an example, the vegetation safety degree of Dafeng District was constructed by using vegetation coverage, land use type and distance from industrial land as the resistance factor. The area of high, medium and low areas accounted for 5.43%, 32.49%, 62.08% respectively. Land planning and zoning based on the protection pattern of water source protection, the research is divided into suitable development and utilization zones, conditional development and utilization zones, and restricted development and utilization zones, which provide reference for the rational development and utilization of land in the study area.
