本文以浙江省特色中药材天台乌药为原料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取其中的挥发油成分。分别考察了浸泡时间、提取时间、料液比对挥发油提取效率的影响,实验结果表明天台乌药挥发油成分的最佳提取条件为:浸泡时间3 h、提取时间3 h、料液比为1:12。在此条件下,天台乌药挥发油的提取率约为0.36%。采用GC-MS法分析天台乌药挥发油的化学成分。经过标准谱库检索并与相关文献进行比对,共鉴定出了39个化学成分,其中大多数为萜类化合物。
The volatile oil of Lindera aggregata (Sims) Kosterm was extracted by traditional distillation method. The effects of soaking time, extraction time and liquid-material ratio on the extraction ef-ficiency of volatile oil were investigated. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the soaking time of 3 hours, the extraction time of 3 hours and the ratio of liquid to material of 12:1. Under the optimum conditions, the extraction yield of 0.36% was obtained. The volatile oil extracted was analyzed by GC-MS to determine the chemical constituents of volatile oil in Lindera aggregata (Sims) Kosterm. The results indicated that totally 39 compounds were identified compared with the GC-MS database and most of them were terpenoids.
