	云南省生态文明建设走在全国前列，自2007年之后，云南省陆续出台推进生态文明建设的相关文件。本文基于云南省生态文明建设现状结合云南省在“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路” (简称“一带一路”)中的发展定位，初步构建出云南省生态文明建设评价指标体系。<br />
Yunnan Province is the construction of ecological civilization in the forefront of the country. Since 2007, Yunnan Province has issued a son-in-law to promote the construction of ecological civilization related documents. Based on the present situation of Yunnan Province’s ecological civilization construction and the development orientation of Yunnan Province in the “Silk Road Economic Belt” and “the 21st century Sea Silk Road” (One Belt and One Road), this paper preliminarily constructs the evaluation index system of Yunnan ecological civilization construction.
