合理的电热场分布是铝电解槽高效稳定运行的前提和根本保证,其直接影响着铝电解电流效率、能耗、炉膛内形以及槽稳定性。因此,开展铝电解槽电热场研究具有重要意义。本文介绍了铝电解槽电热场的研究方法,分析和讨论了国内外铝电解槽电热场仿真的研究进展。最后,指出了铝电解槽电热场仿真在未来的研究中需要解决的问题。
Reasonable electrothermal field distribution is the premise and fundamental guarantee for efficient and stable operation of aluminum electrolysis cell, which directly affects current efficiency, energy consumption, ledge profile and cell stability. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the electrothermal field of aluminum electrolysis cell. This paper describes the research method of the electrothermal field of aluminum electrolysis cell. The research progress of electrothermal field simulation of aluminum electrolysis cell is analyzed and discussed. Finally, the problems of the electrothermal field simulation to be solved in the future research are pointed out.
