	<span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">以2016~2017年我国128份新三板科技型企业专利质押贷款数据为样本，本文分析专利特征、企业经营特征对专利质押价值的影响。研究结果表明，质押融资情景下的专利特征显著影响其质押价值，同时第三方担保机构的参与对专利质押融资有正向调节作用，风险分担机制有利于提高银行放贷积极性。<br />
This paper took 128 patent pledge loan data of Sci-tech enterprises in NEEQ from 2016 to 2017 in China as samples. By analyzing the impact of patent characteristics and business characteristics on patent pledge value, the results show that the patent characteristics under the pledge financing have a significant impact on the pledge value, while the participation of third-party guarantee has a positive regulatory effect on the patent pledge load, and the risk-sharing mechanism is conducive to improving the enthusiasm of banks to lend.</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\"></span> <br />
