	Stolz定理是求解未定式型数列极限的一个有效工具。本文弱化了Stolz定理成立的条件，给出了更一般形式的Stolz定理及其严格的证明过程。通过一道大学生数学竞赛题目阐述推广后的Stolz定理在求解数列极限中的灵活应用。<br />
For solving sequence limit problem with indeterminate form, Stolz Theorem is a valid tool. In this paper, the conditions of Stolz Theorem were weakened, and a general Theorem form was given, discussing the application of the generalization of Stolz Theorem by some examples.
