激光二极管泵浦固体激光器具有效率高、结构紧凑、性能稳定、工作寿命长等优点,在激光手术、激光投影、激光通信、激光点火核聚变等方面被广泛应用。主要从激光二极管固体材料、泵浦方式、泵浦的散热特性三个方面,介绍大功率激光二极管泵浦固体激光技术的发展历史以及国内外研究进展。
Laser diode pumped solid-state lasers have many advantages such as high efficiency, compact structure, stable performance, long working life, etc. Therefore, laser diode pumped solid-state lasers have been widely used in laser surgery, laser projection, laser communication, laser igni-tion fusion, etc. We briefly introduce the development history of high power laser diode pump solid laser technology and the research progress of domestic and foreign from the following three aspects, laser solid materials, pumping mode, and thermal performance.
