我国外卖市场的竞争相当激烈,外卖平台也越来越多,其中主要的三大平台为美团,饿了么和百度三大外卖平台。本文基于模糊层次分析法对三大外卖平台的送餐服务进行评价,以期望达到提高配送效率,强化服务质量,保证食品品质,降低配送成本等目的。
Takeout market is very competitive in China, and there are more and more takeout platforms, in-cluding Meituan, Hungry and Baidu. Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, this paper evaluates the delivery service of the three takeout platforms in order to improve the delivery effi-ciency, strengthen the service quality, ensure the food quality and reduce the delivery cost.
