视网膜静脉阻塞是一种血管性疾病,眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)是一直以来诊断的金标准,但由于FFA是一项侵入性检查技术,不能被临床中频繁使用。光学相干断层扫描血管成像技术(OCTA)是一项快速、无创、可重复、高分辨率的新的检查技术,对于眼科疾病,尤其是视网膜血管性疾病的诊疗有很大帮助,现已广泛应用于各类眼科疾病中。现就OCTA在视网膜静脉阻塞中的应用做一综述。
Retinal vein occlusion is a vascular disease. Fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) is the gold standard of diagnosis, but because FFA is an invasive technique, it cannot be used frequently in the clinic. Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is rapid, non-invasive, reproducible and high-resolution as a new inspection technique that is useful for the diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmic diseases, especially retinal vascular diseases. It has been widely used in various eye diseases. This article reviews the application of OCTA in retinal vein occlusion.
