本研究以株高、鲜重、干重、叶绿素荧光参数为指标,比较了金稻818、津稻179、日本晴和淮稻五号4个水稻品种幼苗的耐盐性。结果显示,在非盐胁迫条件下金稻818具有较好的生长潜力;在盐胁迫条件下,淮稻五号受到的损害最大,而金稻818和津稻179比日本晴在光保护的适应方面具有更大的优势。这些结果为这2个水稻品种的进一步推广种植提供了较好的理论支持。
In this study, plant height, fresh weight, dry weight, and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were used as indicators to compare the salt tolerance of seedlings among 4 rice varieties: Jindao 818, Jindao 179, Nipponbare and Huaidao No.5. The results showed that Jindao 818 has the greatest growth potential under normal growth conditions, and that under salt stress, Huaidao 5 suffered the most damage, and Jindao 818 and Jindao 919 seemed to have greater light protection adaptation than Nipponbare. These results provide better theoretical support for the further popularization and cultivation of these two rice varieties.
