is commonly viewed in achieving the aims of exploring the management of
cultural-change through management programs: It is the change in the culture of
the work environment through the management and training programs in order to

That is the purpose of this research; it is to examine a complex
phenomenon within its context. In this study, the researcher interviewed a
general manager in a local hotel in Jordan. The main themes were extrapolated
and </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">analysed</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> through </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">thematic</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> analysis technique. A reflective
comment followed the analysis.</span></span></span></span>
