	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">本文简要阐述水资源不足和肥料利用率低是制约我国农业可持续发展的两个重要因素。对国内外缓/控释肥研究、保水剂以及保水剂对肥料的复合技术研究进行了重点阐述，论述了应用保水剂的优点及国内肥料双向调控的产业化发展前景和方向。<br />
This paper briefly expounds that the shortage of water resources and the low utilization rate of fertilizer are two important factors that restrict the sustainable development of agriculture in China. The research on slow/controlled release fertilizer, water retaining agent and the compound technology of water retaining agent to fertilizer at home and abroad are emphatically expounded. The advantages of water retaining agent and the prospect and direction of industrialization development of bidirectional control of fertilizer in China are discussed.</span>
