采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定马齿苋样品中的微量金属元素的含量。结果表明,马齿苋富含钙、镁、锰,回收率99.6%~103.2%。可为长白山药用植物马齿苋的综合开发利用提供理论依据。
The content of trace metal elements in Portulaca oleracea samples was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that Portulaca oleracea was rich in calcium, magnesium and manganese. The recover ratio of the method is from 99.6% to 103.2%, which could provide theoretical basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of Portulaca oleracea in Changbai mountain.
