%0 Journal Article %T 生物柴油发动机燃烧特性与超细颗粒物排放特性<br>Combustion and ultrafine particle emissions of biodiesel engine %A 方文 %A 苏欣 %A 马文晓 %A 徐孟龙 %A 李海鸽 %A 滑海宁 %J 长安大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2018 %X 为了研究柴油机燃用生物柴油的超细颗粒物排放,在一台高压共轨柴油机上进行了试验研究,利用缸压传感器、电荷放大器和燃烧分析仪组成的动态燃烧测试系统测录缸内压力,并计算瞬时燃烧放热率;利用SMPS??3936气溶胶粒径谱仪测录超细颗粒物排放数浓度及粒径分布。研究结果表明:与柴油相比,1 400 r/min、平均有效压力??p??????me??≤0.48 MPa时,生物柴油峰值燃烧压力基本相当,二次喷射导致峰值放热率增加,1 400 r/min、??p??????me??>0.48 MPa时,生物柴油峰值燃烧压力、峰值放热率均较低;在全负荷范围内,生物柴油的快速燃烧期基本相当或略有延长,但后燃期大幅度缩短,因此生物柴油燃烧持续期明显缩短,放热更加集中;1 400 r/min、??p??????me??≤0.48 MPa时,生物柴油有效热效率降低,1 400 r/min、??p??????me??>0.48 MPa时,生物柴油有效热效率提高,且提高幅度随负荷的增加而增加。与柴油相比,1 400 r/min、??p??????me??=0.16 MPa时,生物柴油超细颗粒物排放数浓度略高,1 400 r/min、??p??????me??≥0.32 MPa时,生物柴油超细颗粒物排放数浓度明显降低;在全负荷范围内,生物柴油超细颗粒物排放数浓度及体积浓度中值直径、平均直径、几何平均直径均明显降低。应用生物柴油对降低柴油机超细颗粒物排放具有重要意义。<br>To study the ultrafine particle emission of diesel engine fueled with biodiesel, experiments were performed on a high pressure common rail diesel engine. A dynamic combustion test system including in??cylinder pressure sensor, charge amplifier, and combustion analyzer was used to measure the in??cylinder pressure. Subsequently, the instantaneous heat release ratio was calculated. SMPS??3936 particle size spectrometer was used to measure the concentrations of ultrafine particles and diameter distribution. The results show that the peak combustion pressure of biodiesel is almost identical to that of diesel, and the peak heat release rate increases owing to the double injection when the mean effective pressure ??p??????me??≤0.48 MPa at 1 400 r/min. The peak combustion pressure and peak heat release rate of biodiesel decrease when ??p??????me??>0.48 MPa at ??1 400?? r/min. In the whole load range, the rapid combustion phase of biodiesel is nearly identical or only slightly more prolonged. However, the later combustion phase decreases in a pronounced manner, and consequently, the combustion duration of biodiesel decreases markedly, resulting in a concentrated heat release. The effective thermal efficiency of biodiesel decreases when ??p??????me??<??0.48?? MPa, although it increases when ??p??????me??>0.48 MPa, and the increment improves with the engine load. The number concentration of biodiesel ultrafine particles is slightly higher than that of diesel when ??p??????me??=0.16 MPa at 1 400 r/min, and it is distinctly lower when ??p??????me??≥0.32 MPa. In the complete load range, the median diameter, mean diameter, and geometric mean diameter of biodiesel decrease significantly.
