%X 粪菌移植（FMT）作为一种古老的治疗手段，在人类医学史上至少已有1 700年。近年来，FMT得到迅速发展，并显示出对难辨梭状芽孢杆菌感染、炎症性肠病等多种疾病的重要治疗价值。本文就FMT的医学史、FMT的科学术语、FMT的标准化、适应证等内容进行讨论。<br>Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) is an old therapy with at least 1 700 years in the world medicalhistory. However, FMT has gained great development only in the recent years. The recent studies demonstrated that FMThas great clinical value on the treatment of Clostridium difficile infection, inflammatory bowel disease and other diseases.The present article reviewed the history and terminology of FMT, and discussed its standardization, indications and somefactors limiting the development of the therapy
