%X 根据农业农村部全国农村固定观察点调查数据，利用DID模型研究了我国主粮价格支持政策对农户收入增加的效应及其作用机制。研究发现，主粮价格支持政策的实施只对政策实施省份的农户种粮收入增加有一定的促进效应，但与其他收入增加对农户总收入增加的带动效应相比，种粮收入增加的作用相对较小；从影响因素来看，通过主粮价格支持政策促进农民收入增加已经效果甚微，农户增收仍主要依靠地区经济发展的推动。因此，在进一步健全和完善现行主粮价格支持政策，提高其对农户种粮收入促进作用的基础上，需要将农民收入问题纳入宏观经济以及其他产业的发展中协同考虑，通过与其他政策措施和一二三产业融合发展等相结合来构建促进农民持续增收的长效机制。<br>The paper studies the effect and mechanism of China’s main grain price support policies on the increase of farmers’ income,based on the survey data of the National Rural Fixed Observation Point of the Ministry of Agriculture. Result shows that the positive effect of this policy on increasing farmers’ income in policy implementation provinces is limited,compared with other driving forces to increase farmers’ total income. In terms of influencing factors,the increase of farmers’ income is still mainly driven by regional economic development. Therefore,the current Price Support Policy should be further improved so as to enhance its effects in increasing farmers’ income. Under this premise,the issue of increasing farmers’ income should be integrated into the development of macro economy and the coordinated development of other industreis. Meanwhile,a long-term mechanism to increase farmers’ income should be set up with the co efforts of Price Support Policy,other policies and all the industries.
