%0 Journal Article %T 基于生命周期评价法的碳足迹核算体系:国际标准与实践<br>Standard System of Accounting Footprint Based on Life Cycle Assessment Method:International Standards andPractices %A 童庆蒙 %A 沈雪 %A 张露 %A 张俊飚 %J 华中农业大学学报(社会科学版) %D 2018 %X 对现有ISO及各国发布的LCA碳足迹核算标准体系与实践进行梳理,对不同标准间所存在的核算单位、范围等核心要素进行剥离和识别,并将各国标准置于一个比较分析的框架中。结论表明,虽然各个标准存在一些差异,但是国际化和普适性已经成为未来LAC碳足迹核算体系发展的共识。提出我国的LCA碳足迹核算标准体系应做到尽量与国际接轨的同时,还要考虑到本土特色,并增强标准的适用广度。<br>This paper sorts out the existing ISO and national standards of the LCA carbon footprint assessment system and practice,then separates and identifies the units and scope of core elements among different standards,and puts the national standards in one framework of comparative analysis.The result shows that although there are some differences among each standards,internationalization and general adaptability have become the consensus of the future development of the assessment system.Finally,this paper points out that China’s LCA carbon footprint assessment standard system should not only be line with international standards but also take into account local characteristics,and try to enhance the standards of application breadth. %K 生命周期评价法 碳足迹 温室气体 标准体系< %K br> %K LCA carbon footprint GHG standard system %U http://hnxbl.cnjournals.net/hznydxsk/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20180106&flag=1
