%0 Journal Article %T 中国谁来养老?——基于中国人养老责任认知及其影响因素分析<br>Who Will Provide Resources for the Age in China?——Cognition on Chinese’s Old Age Insurance Responsibility and Its Influencing Factors %A 张波 %J 华中农业大学学报(社会科学版) %D 2018 %X 利用中国综合社会调查数据(CGSS2010-2013),分析中国人对养老责任认知的变化趋势,考察影响养老责任认知的微观因素。结果发现,子女负责依然是人们普遍的养老责任认知,但呈现逐步减弱态势,代之而起的是三方负责、政府负责和老人负责;这四种养老责任认知类型呈现出人们养老责任认知的差异序列;人口特征、区域、制度、文化和子女等因素均对养老责任认知具有显著性影响;传统养老代际责任伦理表现出一种继承性和断裂性的不均衡状态。提出在人口老龄化背景下,完全依赖于国家与社会的养老方式并不适合中国国情,而应该发挥传统养老代际责任伦理功能;要重塑养老代际责任伦理,需要国家、社会与家庭之间、正式制度与非正式制度之间相互协同和配合,共同应对中国人口老龄化的严峻形势和艰巨任务。<br>This paper analyzes the changing trends of cognition on old-age insurance responsibility by using Chinese General Social Survey Data(CGSS2010 2013) and investigates the microscopic factor which affects it.The result shows that children’s support for the elderly is still a widespread responsibility cognition,but showing a gradual weakening trend.Instead,it is replaced by three party responsibility,government responsibility and elderly responsibility.These four types of cognition on old age insurance responsibility present a cognitive difference sequence of old-age responsibility.And the factors such as demographic characteristics,regions,institutions,cultures and children have all showed significant effects on the differences of cognition on old age insurance responsibility.The traditional inter generational responsibility ethics shows a kind of inheritance and disruptive imbalance.Under the background of population aging,it is not a suitable national condition to rely entirely on the state and society support for the elderly,but the role of the traditional inter-generational responsibility ethics should be largely played.Rebuilding the intergenerational responsibility ethics requires the coordination between the state,the society and the family and between the formal system and informal system in order to cope with the grim tasks of Chinese population aging at present and in the future. %K 养老责任认知 责任伦理 家庭养老 影响因素< %K br> %K cognition on old-age insurance responsibility responsibility ethics family support for the elderly influencing factors %U http://hnxbl.cnjournals.net/hznydxsk/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20180412&flag=1
