%T 农户生计与农村劳动力职业务农意愿 ——基于301份微观数据的实证分析<br>Farmers’ Livelihood and Willingness of Rural Labor Force to Engage in Professional Agricultural Production

%X 采用对湖北省随州市和黄冈市301户农户的问卷调查数据，分析了农村劳动力职业务农意愿及其影响因素。结果发现：（1）有相当比例（41.5%）的农村劳动力愿意成为职业农民，当前农村社会并非无人愿意种地，而是有意愿从事农业生产经营的劳动力及其家庭面临“无地可种”的困境。（2）农户生计显著影响其劳动力的职业务农意愿。就生计模式而言，相比于纯非农户，兼业农户中的劳动力更可能选择职业务农；就资源禀赋而言，拥有可代替劳动力的农机具及家庭实际经营耕地面积具有正向刺激作用；就生计状态而言，家庭货币支出压力越大，其劳动力职业务农意愿越强。此外，个体劳动力的文化程度、政府农业补贴力度与个体劳动力职业务农意愿呈显著正相关关系，转入耕地难易程度与个体劳动力职业务农意愿呈显著负相关关系。<br>Based on the questionnaire survey data of 301 households collected from Suizhou city and Huanggang City of Hubei province,this paper analyzes the willingness and its influencing factors of rural labor force engaged in professional agricultural production.The result shows that firstly, a considerable proportion (41.5%) of rural labor force is willing to become a professional farmers, many farmers have strong interest in farming, but they cannot get enough arable land and no good quality land can be operated in current rural society.Secondly,farmers’livelihood significantly affects the willingnessofrural labor force to engage in professional agricultural production.In terms of livelihood patterns, compared with the pure non farm households, the labor force in the part time peasant household is more likely to be a professional farmer.Considering the resource endowment, having agricultural machinery and the actual operation of cultivated land have positive stimulating effect.In terms of living conditions, the greater pressure the money spending has on household, the stronger the labor force desires to engage in professional agricultural production.In addition, educational level of individual labor force, the government’s agricultural subsidies have significantly positive correlation with the individual’s willingness to engage in professional agricultural production, while the availability of land is significantly negatively correlated with the individual’s willingness to engage in professional agricultural production.
