%0 Journal Article %T 论在家上学的合法化前提<br>On the Legitimation Premises of Homeschooling %A 段斌斌 %J 华中师范大学报(人文社会科学版) %D 2018 %X 摘要 在家上学能否合法化的问题,已然成为颇具争议的学术议题。从学理层面而言,在家上学吻合义务教育制度的创立精神,可以成为学校义务教育的有效补充。但科学性不强、社会性不足、可行性欠缺的“三重实践尴尬”,却成为在家上学的合法化障碍。因此,在家上学至少须首先提升科学性、弥补社会性并强化可行性,建构“学校—家庭—社区”相衔接的在家上学支持系统,以及一套具有可操作性的准入、服务、评价、监督与退出机制,方能进一步促成自身的合法化。<br>Abstract:It is a controversial policy issue that home schooling can be legalized. From the legal perspective, home schooling fits the creation spirit of compulsory education system, thus can be a supplement of school compulsory education. However, the lack of scientificity, sociality and feasibility in practice has become a legal obstacle to home schooling. Therefore, it is necessary at least to enhance the scientific nature, make up for sociality and strengthen the feasibility so that home schooling can be legalized.so that home schooling can be legalized.This paper thinks, only by means of constructing supporting system with the convergence of “school-family-community” and establishing a set of operable mechanism of access, service, evaluation, supervision and exit,can realize the legalization of home schooling. %U http://journal.ccnu.edu.cn/sk/CN/abstract/abstract5663.shtml
