%X 摘要 CCDIS是旨在反映中国文化国情的定量化体系，其测评结果表明，当前我国文化国情具有以下几个基本特征：(1)稳健发展、文明转型发展正在建构当前中国文化总体发展的趋势性和制约性特征；(2)中国文化发展的软硬环境同时改善，文化创新能力和文化基础设施是推动中国文化发展的正向驱动力量，文化人力资源、社会文化参与和文化保护传承是未来推动中国文化可持续发展的重要力量，共同构成中国文化发展的动力结构；(3)主要文化机构的自身营收能力正在形成，政府的文化财政投入仍是主要收入来源，它们构成支持中国文化发展的收入结构；(4)西部地区的“提升发展”与东部地区的“寻优发展”，构成了深化开放型条件下中国文化发展的新空间结构特征；(5)农村文化建设“补差式发展”正在深刻影响中国文化发展的质量结构，提高和优化农村文化发展的速度与质量结构，成为中国文化发展的新方向。<br>Abstract：CCDIS is an indicator system for reflecting national cultural conditions in China. By measuring CCDIS， this paper reveals a few characteristics of the cultural development in China as follows： (1)Steady development and civilization transformation development are forming the new trendy and demanding characteristics of the cultural development； (2)Both hard and soft environment are improved in China，in which cultural innovation ability and cultural infrastructure are the positive driving force to Chinese cultural development， and cultural human capital， social cultural participation and cultural heritage protection are important forces to its sustainable development， which constitute the driving force structure of Chinese cultural development； (3)The cultural earning ability of main cultural organs is forming， while governmental cultural fiscal input is still the main income source； (4)The enhancing development in western China and the optimal development in eastern China constitute the new spatial structure feature of Chinese cultural development； (5)The compensation development of Chinese rural cultural development has deep influence on the quality structure of Chinese cultural development. Enhancing and optimizing the speed and quality structure of rural cultural development is the new direction of Chinese cultural development.
