%0 Journal Article %T 裂纹钢板的止裂孔与CFRP加固及其疲劳寿命预测<br>Cracked Steel Plates Repaired by Stop Holes and CFRP and Fatigue Life Prediction %A 伍希志 %A 林彬 %A 程军圣 %A 王树新 %J 天津大学学报(自然科学与工程技术版) %D 2017 %R 10.11784/tdxbz201512017 %X 首先基于黏聚力理论建立CFRP加固钢板有限元模型, 应用该模型计算出CFRP加固缺口钢板的理论应力集中系数, CFRP加固后比未加固钢板的名义应力减小41.6% ; 然后对CFRP加固缺口钢板的疲劳试验进行研究, 利用试验数据和理论公式推导出疲劳缺口敏感度和疲劳缺口系数, 建立CFRP加固缺口钢板的疲劳S-N曲线, CFRP加固后的疲劳缺口敏感度比未加固钢板减小93.1% .结果表明:采用止裂孔和CFRP加固联合方法, 不仅减小了缺口钢板的名义应力, 而且降低了疲劳缺口敏感度, 使疲劳寿命比缺口钢板提高292倍.<br>First,the finite element model of notch steel plate reinforced with CFRP was established based on the cohesion force theory,and with the finite element model,theoretical stress concentration factor of holes strengthened with CFRP was calculated. The nominal stress of steel decreased by 41.6% after CFRP reinforcement. Then,the fatigue tests were completed. Experimental data and theoretical formula were used to calculate fatigue notch sensitivity and fatigue notch factor,and S-N fatigue curve of holes strengthened with CFRP was established. Fatigue notch sensitivity of steel decreased by 93.1% after CFRP reinforcement.
