%0 Journal Article %T 多部脉象信息采集及处理<br>Acquisition and Processing of Multi-Portion Pulse Information %A 王学民 %A 郭 %A 丹 %A 王 %A 欣 %A 陆小左 %A 周 %A 鹏 %J 天津大学学报(自然科学与工程技术版) %D 2016 %R 10.11784/tdxbz201412014 %X 基于中医三部脉象仪,探究一种新的多部脉象采集方法及各部之间的影响,提出一种新的脉象信号时域特 征提取法 NILP.通过小波高频去噪和基于三次样条插值的 LIP 算法对寸、关、尺三部脉象信号预处理.利用 NILP、谱能比、小波熵和 HHT 提取时频域上的多个特征参数.结果发现,寸部信号随着尺部压力的增大,时域平 滑化,频域高频成分减少;尺部信号随着寸部压力的增大,时域陡化,频域高频成分增加;寸关尺最佳取脉压力存 在定量关系.这种影响关系表明单部采集与多部采集存在较大差异,应通过临床样本的积累,逐步建立符合三部脉 象检测规律的脉象判读标准.<br>Based on the cun-guan-chi pulse acquisition instrument,a new method for multi-channel pulse acquisition was explored in this paper,and the effect of pulse condition information varying with single sensor pressure of other departments was studied.Moreover a new method named NILP(new intersection points of lines and pulse wave- form)was proposed.LIP(lowest point in one period)algorithm based on cubic spline interpolation and wavelet trans- form was used to preprocess cun-guan-chi signals.The multiple features of time and frequency domain parameters were extracted by NILP,spectral ratio,the wavelet entropy and HHT(Hilbert-Huang transform).The results show that increasing pressure in chi results in the smoothing phenomenon in time domain of cun and the decreasing of high frequency components in frequency domain of cun.For chi,with the increasing pressure in cun,steep phenomenon occurs in time domain,and high frequency components increase.There exists a quantitative relationship for cun- guan-chi best feeling pressure.The effect relationship indicates that there is a great difference between single-portion and multi-portion pulse acquisitions,and it is essential to establish a standard for three-portion pulse by the accumu- lation of clinical samples %K 中医脉象 %K 最佳取脉压力 %K NILP %K HHT< %K br> %K pulse in Chinese medicine %K best feeling pressure %K NILP %K HHT %U http://journals.tju.edu.cn/zrb/oa/darticle.aspx?type=view&id=2016050015
