%0 Journal Article %T 利用热式传感器测量环状流湿气含率<br>Measurement of Void Fraction in Wet Gas in Annular Flow with a Thermal Sensor %A 张涛 %A 王娇娇 %A 徐英 %A 袁超 %J 天津大学学报(自然科学与工程技术版) %D 2016 %R 10.11784/tdxbz201507089 %X 为实现湿气两相流的在线不分离含气率测量, 探究了湿气两相流的传热特性, 设计一种新型热式传感器, 并在天津大学中压湿气装置上进行了实验. 实验涵盖了0.3~1.2 MPa之间的6个压力点, 气相弗劳德数范围为0.5~2.7, 湿气含率的变化范围为96.5% ~100% , 共对215个点进行了传感器测量特性的实验研究, 引入了无量纲传热系数h+, 并基于h+建立了体积含气率的模型, 该模型平均误差为0.39% , 均方根误差为0.59% .<br>To realize the online void fraction measurement without separation in wet gas two-phase flow,the heat transfer characteristics of wet gas two-phase flow are investigated and a new thermal sensor was designed. Also experiments were taken on the wet device of Tianjin University. There were six pressure points between 0.3 MPa and 1.2 MPa contained in the experiments. The experimental gas Froud number was ranged from 0.5 to 2.7,and the range of void fraction was from 96.5% to 100%. In the experiments,there were totally 215 points being selected to study the measurement characteristics of the thermal sensor. A new parameter called non-dimensional heat transfer coefficient h+ was introduced and based on h+ a model of void fraction was established.
