%0 Journal Article %T 新型浮式浮力摆波浪能装置运动特性试验研究<br>Test Study of Kinetic Characteristic of a New Floating Flap Wave Energy Converter %A 唐友刚 %A 曲志森 %A 赵青 %A 曲晓奇 %A 张中华 %J 天津大学学报(自然科学与工程技术版) %D 2017 %R 10.11784/tdxbz201611035 %X 针对目前已有的坐底式浮力摆波浪能发电装置, 设计开发了一种新型的浮式浮力摆波浪能发电装置, 将摆板其铰接于一个浮式基础上.对这种新型装置进行模型试验研究其运动特性.采用1∶4缩尺比制作摆板和浮式基础的试验模型, 通过测量摆板和浮式基础模型在不同波浪和不同吃水下的运动响应, 研究了摆板的固有运动特性以及不同环境参数对浮式浮力摆波浪能发电装置运动特性的影响规律, 评估了此种新型浮式浮力摆波浪能发电装置的发电作业能力.结果表明:摆板的摆幅明显受到波浪周期的影响, 浮式基础的运动幅值较小, 稳定性较好, 上部摆板在不同潮位下均可以正常发电, 证明了浮式浮力摆波浪能发电装置是一种可行的方案.<br>Based on the bottom-hinged flap wave energy converter(WEC)which has already been widely applied,a new floating flap WEC was proposed and designed. It hinged the flap to a floating foundation. The test study of the motion behavior of the new flap WEC was conducted. The models of the flap and the floating foundation were built on a 1∶4 scale. The characteristic of the flap and the influence law of different environments on the motion behavior of the WEC were discussed through measuring the motion response of the flap and the floating foundation under different wave conditions and different drafts. The power generating capability of the new floating flap WEC was evaluated. The results show that the amplitude of the flap is obviously affected by the wave period. The floating foundation shows small motion and good stability.
