%0 Journal Article %T PtSnLa/Ca-Al2O3作为异丁烷脱氢催化剂的研究<br>PtSnLa/Ca-Al2O3 as Catalysts for Isobutane Dehydrogenation %A 王康 %A 朱士贞 %A 董安华 %A 王希涛 %J 天津大学学报(自然科学与工程技术版) %D 2017 %R 10.11784/tdxbz201612035 %X 采用海藻酸铵辅助法制备了Ca掺杂Al2O3小球(粒径为(1.8±0.1) mm), 并通过顺序浸渍法获得PtSnLa/Ca-Al2O3催化剂, 采用XRD、XRF、氮吸附-脱附与NH3-TPD等方法研究了载体及催化剂的性质, 并探讨了Ca掺杂含量与La含量对异丁烷催化脱氢性能的影响.研究表明:载体中Ca的引入可增加催化剂的热稳定性, 从而在催化剂制备过程中保留较高的比表面积, 同时还可降低催化剂的表面酸性; 随着Ca含量的增加, 催化活性先升高后降低, 以Ca0.89-Al2O3为载体制备的催化剂的催化性能最佳; 添加适量La可提高催化脱氢性能, 最佳负载量为1.1%(质量分数) .<br>The Ca-doped Al2O3 spherules((1.8±0.1) mm) were synthesized by ammonium alginate assisted sol-gel method, which were used as the supports to prepare Pt-based catalysts by sequential impregnation. The catalysts and supports were characterized by XRD, XRF, N2 adsorption-desorption and NH3-TPD analysis, and the effects of Ca doping content and La loading content on the catalytic performance of isobutane dehydrogenation were also investigated. It is found that the thermal stability of the catalyst is improved due to Ca adding, which thereby helps to retain the higher specific surface area during the preparation of the catalyst and weaken the surface acidity of the catalyst. The catalytic activity increases first and then decreases with the increase of Ca content and Ca0.89-Al2O3 catalyst support exhibits much higher catalytic activity, selectivity and stability than the others. In addition, the adding of La promoter can decrease the surface acidity of the catalysts and improve the activity and stability of isobutane dehydrogenation.
