%0 Journal Article %T 基于加权广义马氏距离的TOPSIS方法在水库防洪调度决策中的应用<br>TOPSIS Method Based on Weighted Generalized Mahalanobis Distance:An Application to Reservoir Flood Control Operation %A 关宏艳 %A 李宗坤 %A 葛巍 %A 王娟 %J 天津大学学报(自然科学与工程技术版) %D 2016 %R 10.11784/tdxbz201506103 %X 针对汛期水库防洪调度决策指标存在相关性的特点以及基于欧氏距离的传统TOPSIS方法无法解决属性指标间相关性的不足,提出加权广义马氏距离计算公式,改进了TOPSIS方法,有效解决了属性指标之间的相关性、决策者主观偏好和决策信息客观属性对决策结果的影响以及协方差矩阵不可逆的问题.实例分析表明,该方法计算结果更符合工程实际,可为水库优选调度方案提供理论支撑.<br>Because of the correlation between attribute indexes in reservoir flood control operation and the deficiency of the traditional technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method based on Euclidean dis-tance,this paper presented a calculation formula of weighted generalized Mahalanobis distance and applied the for-mula to the traditional TOPSIS method.The improved TOPSIS method can effectively solve such problems as the correlation between attribute indexes,the influence of the subjective and objective weight and the noninvertibility of the covariance matrix.A case study of reservoir flood control operation is given and the calculation results lay a theo-retical basis for reservoir flood scheduling %K 水库防洪调度 %K 多属性决策 %K 加权广义马氏距离 %K TOPSIS方法< %K br> %K reservoir flood control operation %K multiple attribute decision making %K weighted generalized Mahalanobis distance %K technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method %U http://journals.tju.edu.cn/zrb/oa/darticle.aspx?type=view&id=201612009
