%0 Journal Article %T 汽车动力锂电池组翅片式散热性能仿真分析<br>Simulation Analysis on Heat Dissipation Property of Finned Lithium-Ion Power Battery Pack in Vehicle %A 王世学 %A 张 %A 宁 %A 高 %A 明 %J 天津大学学报(自然科学与工程技术版) %D 2016 %R 10.11784/tdxbz201509047 %X 以计算流体动力学(CFD)为基础,应用商业软件ANSYS Fluent 进行仿真分析,研究具有不同结构尺寸的 翅片式电池热管理系统的冷却性能.首先,通过实验与模拟对比单体电池在不同放电倍率下放电时的温度变化,验 证了仿真分析的可靠性.其次,以模块的最高温度和最大温差作为温度控制的监控参数,模拟分析了不同结构尺寸 翅片对电池组热性能的影响,发现加入翅片可以显著降低电池组的最高温度,改善温度场的均匀性,而翅片开缝可 以扰动空气流场,同时减轻热管理系统质量,提高电池组热管理系统的综合性能.<br>Based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD),finned battery thermal management systems with different structural dimensions were developed utilizing the commercial software ANSYS Fluent to simulate and analyze their cooling performance.Firstly,comparison of temperature changes between the experimental and simulation results was discussed for single battery discharge at different discharge rates and the reliability of simulation results was verified.Secondly,the maximum temperature and maximum temperature difference of battery pack were taken as monitor parameters in thermal control.Simulation of temperature behavior of the battery pack with different-sized fins shows that the addition of fins can significantly reduce the maximum temperature and improve temperature uniformity.Slotted fin improves the overall performance of thermal management system of battery pack because it could disturb air flow field and reduce the mass of the thermal management system %K 锂离子电池 %K 薄片电池 %K 热管理系统 %K 翅片 %K 开缝翅片< %K br> %K lithium-ion battery %K thin battery %K thermal management system %K fin %K slotted fin %U http://journals.tju.edu.cn/zrb/oa/darticle.aspx?type=view&id=201602015
