%X 摘要 在我国社会转型的关键期,政府形象作为一种特殊的政治资源作用突出;而伴随着移动互联网的快速发展,政府形象构建的外部环境、内容和手段都发生了很大的变化。对政府形象而言,移动互联网既是形象构建的外部环境,也是具体实现手段和方式,同时还提供了全新的内容和载体。本文基于跨学科的研究视角,在对政府形象进行多维构筑的基础上进一步论述政府形象传播的“落点”,并结合现今移动互联网的特性和一些政府部门的相关实践或探索,对政府运用移动互联网创新形象传播的体系和路径进行系统梳理,从而为政府形象传播的优化提供借鉴。
In the critical period of social transformation in China, as special political resource, the image of government is highlighting its role; with the development of mobile internet, the contents, measures and environment of the government image construction have changed significantly. As for the government image, mobile internet provides an external environment as well as the methods and approaches to build up the image. It also offers refreshed contents and serves as a new carrier for the government image construction. Based on the perspectives of interdiscipline and multi-dimesion stereoscopic construction, it fgures out the key points of the government image communication. Combining with the nature of mobile internet and the practice or exploration of the departments of government, it analyzes the systems and paths of the government's mobile internet communication systematically, so as to provide a reference for the government to optimize its image communication
