%X 摘要 媒介体制实际上是不同媒介机构、不同媒介实践之间相互作用，以及他们同社会其他因素、机构之间的相互作用而融于其中的一个整体。每一种媒介体制都根植于特定的历史情境之中，但并没有任何一种媒介体制堪称完美。一种优良的媒介体制需要具备以下几个特征：人们能就所处社会的实际情况形成公众意见；社会的不同成员都能以某种方式发出自己的声音；整个社会能够获知外界的思想和信息。中国媒介体制在某种程度上说，是一种多元体制，这源于商业逻辑与政治逻辑的交织并存。而且，该体制的一个特点是新闻专业主义同工具化属性之间存在着复杂关系。至于中国媒介体制的改革，新闻从业者的专业自治是一条优良准则，要依据这条准则来构建一个既能够保持媒体的社会责任感，又能够抵制种种会削弱媒体应然角色的政治影响和商业影响的媒介体制。<br>Media system is a structure by which different media institutions and practices interact with one and another, and with other actors in the society. Media systems, each of them are rooted in a particular historical context and the truth is that there is not really a single ideal media system. A good media system is in which you have public opinions formed in a way that people come from the actual conditions of their society, all the different actors of society all the different segments of society have a voice and the particular society has access to ideas, information from outside; you know other voices around the globe. Chinese media system has some degree of pluralism that results from commercial and political logics and it has a kind of complicated story between professionalism and instrumentalization. As to the reform of Chinese media system, professional autonomy of journalists to be a good principle around which to organize a media system that maintains a sense of social responsibility of the media as an institution and maintains that against both forms of political and commercial influence that would undermine the role of the media
