An Investigation and Analysis of the Credibility from German Audiences about Chinese Media abroad

%X 摘要 本文首先对媒体“公信力”和“公众信任度”的概念进行了梳理和定义,并介绍了中国涉外媒体在德国的信任度调研背景;其次,论文从两个方面分析了中国涉外媒体在德国的信任度调研的数据结果。第一,通过对德国受众有关中国涉外媒体公信力六个方面的调研分析,本文发现其:总体状况为较不信任,六项指标中五项信任指标在20%以下,只有一项超过20%,为21.9%;第二,本文通过对世界四大通讯社与新华社的信任度比较发现:新华社的信任度在世界五大通讯社中为最低。中国新华社报道的信息,要想在世界上发挥传播影响力,具有相关话语权,还有一定难度。文中还进一步对新华社在不同受众人群组的信任度进行了相关分析并有针对性地给出建议。此次调研德国受众的总有效样本量为1594份。
The paper firstly elaborates the concepts of "credibility" and "public trust". Secondly it investigates six aspects of the credibility by opinions ofthe German audiences on toward Chinese Media organizations, which are less trusted. Only one aspect reached to 21.9%, others reached to 20%. Furthermore it compares the credibility to among fve big famous media news agencies,including Xinhua News Agency,including Xinhua News Agency, Associated Press (AP), Reuters, L'Agence France-Presse (AFP), Deutsche Presse Agentur (DPA). It finds that the credibility of Xinhua News Agency is the lowest, and fewer citationless cited from by other news agencies. This leads to the less power of the Chinese News news informed by Xinhua News Agency in the world to be read and to in?uence the other parts of the world. The paper also analyzes the credibility of Xinhua News Agency among the German audiences from the different groups to understand the reasons of f the lower credibility of Xinhua News Agency in Germany
