%X 摘要 “次生舆情”是体察民情、观察民意的重要“窗口”。本文基于对“8·12天津港爆炸事故”的考察，以围绕该事件的“新闻发布会”为场域，从政府、传媒、公众三方的互动与博弈中，探寻“次生舆情”生成原因与演化路径。本研究发现，除了公共危机本身的大小、危害、规模等因素之外，社会的文化形态、公众情绪、媒介状况等也是诱发“次生舆情”的深层次原因。政府对于舆情的不当回应是促发“次生舆情”的直接原因，而公众信息诉求、利益诉求、价值诉求没有获得满足，则是“次生舆情”生成与转化的根本原因。<br>“Secondary Public Sentiment”is an important window to observe public feeling and public opinion. Based on the focus on “8？12 Tianjin Port Explosion”, this paper explores the causes and evolution path of "Secondary Public Sentiment" from the interaction and game of government, media and public in press conference. The study found that in addition to the harm, size, scale of public crisis, there are also some deeper causes of “Secondary Public Sentiment” such as the cultural form, the public mood, media of the society and so on. The government's improper response to public sentiment is the immediate cause of “Secondary Public Sentiment”, and that information demand, interest demand, value demand of the public are not met is the fundamental cause of “Secondary Public Sentiment”
