%0 Journal Article %T 知识型员工的完美主义与拖延: 尽责性人格的调节作用<br>Perfectionism and Procrastination: The Moderating Role of Conscientiousness %A 侯玉波 %A 顾水云 %J 北京大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2017 %R 10.13209/j.0479-8023.2017.046 %X 摘要 通过对247名知识型员工的有效问卷调查, 探讨自我导向完美主义与拖延的关系, 发现自我导向完美主义与个体的拖延得分显著负相关。进一步的数据分析揭示, 大五人格中的尽责性在自我导向完美主义与拖延的关系中起着调节作用: 对尽责性低的人而言, 自我导向完美主义显著降低了拖延, 而对高尽责性的人而言, 自我取向的完美主义对拖延没有影响。研究结果为理解拖延这一日常现象及其影响拖延的因素以及这些因素之间的关系提供了新的视角。<br>Abstract Based on the survey of 250 staffs, this study explored the relationship between self-oriented perfectionism and procrastination. It is found that self-oriented perfectionism negatively correlates with procrastination and conscientiousness of Big-five plays a moderating role: For people low in conscientiousness, self-oriented perfectionism would significantly decrease the procrastination, while for people high in conscientiousness, selforiented perfectionism has no effect on procrastination.
