%0 Journal Article %T 极端环境载荷对复合材料风机叶片特性影响分析<br>Analysis on Characteristics of Composite Fan Blades Under an Extreme Environmental Load %A 于彬 %A 祁文军 %J 机械科学与技术 %D 2016 %X 随着全球变暖,极端天气出现概率增大,极端温度对各种外部工作设备的影响已不容忽视。对复合材料叶片在复杂工况与环境变化共同作用下早期失效问题进行了初步研究,研究对象为2MW风力发电机叶片。结合新疆地区气候特点,将温度变化与气动载荷相结合,进行有限元分析。研究表明,温度变化在改变叶片材料属性的同时,会产生较大应力和变形,最终导致叶片产生裂纹,进而影响风力发电机组的使用寿命。<br>Global warming increases probability of extreme weather, and an extreme temperature has great influence on working equipment. The composite material's initial failure under changing environment for 2MW wind turbine blade was been studied. Basing on the Xinjiang's climatic feature, the changing temperature and aerodynamic loading was combined via finite element method.
