%0 Journal Article %T C/C复合材料微观尺度烧蚀形貌演变研究<br>Simulation on Morphology Evolution of Micro Ablation for C/C Composites %A 宋永善 %A 齐乐华 %A 张守阳 %A 张佳平 %A 李逸仙 %J 机械科学与技术 %D 2018 %X 为了模拟C/C复合材料高温烧蚀环境下的形貌演变规律,基于水平集算法,耦合扩散方程建立了C/C复合材料在微观尺度烧蚀模型,计算了C/C复合材料的微观形貌演变过程,并将计算过程中发现的圆柱形凸起形貌与C/C复合材料烧蚀后的微观形貌进行了对比,二者吻合较好。在此基础上,分析了气体扩散和非均匀氧化反应对纤维和基体烧蚀形貌演变的影响规律,为研究C/C复合材料微观烧蚀机理奠定基础。<br>An micro ablation model for C/C composites was built coupling the level set method with the diffusion equation to simulate the morphology evolution of C/C composites under high temperature condition. Surface morphology evolution during ablation was calculated. The cylindrical convex morphology resulted from calculation showed a good agreement with the surface morphologies of C/C composites after ablation experiment, indicating the reliability of the built model.
