%0 Journal Article %T 一种电液伺服系统的非线性预测控制<br>A Nonlinear Predictive Control based on Multi-objective Particle Swarm Optimization of Electro-hydraulic Servo System %A 戴永彬 %A 吕旭 %J 机械科学与技术 %D 2018 %X 电液伺服系统属于典型的非线性系统,采用常规的控制方法很难保证系统的控制性能。针对电液伺服系统非线性控制问题,提出了一种多目标粒子群优化的非线性预测控制策略(MPSO-NPC)。将多目标优化思想和非线性预测控制相结合,设计了预测调节因子。调节因子既可以实现多目标优化,也可以调整目标函数中的预测权重。该算法具有计算负担小,实时性好的特点。基于MPSO-NPC的控制器能够有效地追踪电液伺服系统的设定输出,获得了较好的控制效果。仿真实验表明,本文所提控制方法是正确、有效的。<br>Owing to the nonlinearity of the electro-hydraulic servo system, the conventional control methods produce poor control performances. Aiming at the nonlinear control of the electro-hydraulic servo system, a nonlinear predictive control algorithm based on multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MPSO-NPC) is presented. The regulating factor proposed in this paper combines the notion of multi-objective optimization with nonlinear predictive control. This factor can realize the multi-objective optimization and adjusts predictive weights in a cost function. The burden of calculation in this algorithm is reduced, and a good real-time performance is produced. The controller based on the MPSO-NPC can effectively track the output of the electro-hydraulic servo system.
