%0 Journal Article %T 重型商用汽车持续制动匹配研究<br>Exploring Endurance Brake Matching System of a Heavy Duty Truck %A 史培龙 %A 鲁雄文 %A 余强 %A 赵轩 %J 机械科学与技术 %D 2015 %X 针对重型商用车采用多持续制动系统进行制动时车速稳定性差和驾驶员操作复杂等问题,对发动机制动、排气制动和电涡流缓速器的联合制动匹配控制进行了研究。通过道路试验获得不同制动方式的制动特性并提出联合匹配控制方案;采用BP神经网络控制方法设计了联合制动匹配控制系统,并运用Matlab/Simulink进行控制系统仿真模拟。仿真结果表明:该控制系统能够保证车辆在一定的坡度上以期望车速稳定行驶,有效降低了驾驶员操作强度和复杂性,从而提高了商用车长下坡的行驶安全性。<br>Because of poor speed stability and complex operation of a continuous multi-brake system, we study the joint brake matching control that uses engine brake, exhaust brake and eddy current retarder. We obtain the characteristics of brake force of different brake systems with road tests and propose the matching control scheme. We also design a joint brake matching control system with the back propagation (BP) neural network. Furthermore, we simulate the control system with Matlab/Simulink software.
