%0 Journal Article %T 基于人机工效的民机驾驶盘机构设计研究<br>Civilian Aircraft Control Wheel Design Based on Human Factors %A 薛瀛 %A 姚振强 %A 张冲 %J 机械科学与技术 %D 2015 %X 研究民机驾驶盘设计中的人机工效特性,并将其理论化和规范化,为相关领域研究提供设计依据和经验数据。基于人机工程学理论和CATIA三维运动仿真分析了某型号飞机驾驶盘的人机工效特性,对驾驶盘整体外形设计、细节设计要素和开关的布置均做了详细的阐述。与此同时类比分析了多种机型驾驶盘的设计实例来阐述驾驶盘设计中的人体工程学理论。通过制作实例化模型,邀请多位飞行员利用真实操纵环境采用国际常用的库伯-哈伯评估表格对其进行评估,获得较高的评估分数(2.5~3分)和良好的反响从而验证了所述理论的正确性和合理性。<br>To describe the characteristic of human factors in aircraft control wheel design with a theoretically and standardized approach, the civilian aircraft control wheel design was conducted with the consideration of human factors based on Ergonomic theory and CATIA kinematics simulation. The key points for the use of human factors in control wheel general design, precise design and switch disposal were introduced in details. The human factor characteristics in control wheel design of some typical aircrafts were compared and analyzed with illustration to further prove the importance of human factor. It is demonstrated that high score (2.5 to 3) was obtained from experienced pilots based on an international evaluation table Cooper-Harper evaluated in actually operating condition and the correctness and rationality of our viewpoints was validated.
