%0 Journal Article %T 涡桨飞机客舱壁板声学处理研究<br>Investigations on Acoustic Processing of Cabin Wall Panels for Turboprop Aircraft %A 刘斌 %A 郭峰 %A 甄龙 %A 徐洪罡 %J 机械科学与技术 %D 2018 %X 以某型国产涡桨飞机为研究对象,基于统计能量法(SEA),以VA-One软件为计算平台,通过计算比较某型涡桨飞机客舱在加单侧声载荷情况下的声压级,对不同声学处理工况下客舱壁板的隔声性能进行了对比研究。结果表明,采取声学处理比无声学处理的客舱声压级最高可降低约27 dB (A);比较4种声学处理所对应的客舱声压级,结果表明,方式1、方式2和方式3这3种声学处理方式对应的客舱声压级差别很小;增加阻尼材料C3202-25(方式4)比未使用阻尼材料(方式1、2、3)客舱声压级可降低约0.4~0.5 dB (A)。因此,在壁板上使用阻尼材料是一种有效的声学处理方式。<br>Based on statistical energy analysis (SEA) and VA-One software platform, the sound pressure level of domestic turboprop aircraft was obtained. By comparing the sound pressure level in the condition of unilateral acoustic load for the turboprop aircraft, the performance of sound insulation for the wall panels of turboprop aircraft was investigated at different acoustic processing conditions. The results show that the pressure level of cabin can decrease by 27 dB(A) by wall panel acoustic treatment; By comparing the sound pressure level in the cabin at four kinds of acoustic processing, the results show that the differences between process 1, process 2 and process 3 are very small; The pressure level of cabin can reduce about 0.4~0.5 dB(A) with the damping material C3202-25(process 4).
