%0 Journal Article %T 磁谐振无线输电系统E类逆变电路分析<br>Analysis on Class E inverter for a magnetic resonant wireless power transfer system %A 周佳丽 %A 张波 %A 谢帆 %J 北京交通大学学报 %D 2015 %R 10.11860/j.issn.1673-0291.2015.05.19 %X 摘要 E类逆变电路作为磁谐振无线输电系统的高频功率电源,其效率是评价系统性能的重要指标.以基于E类逆变的磁谐振无线输电系统为研究对象,在分析E类逆变电路理想工作条件的基础上,采用SIMetrix/SIMPLIS仿真可知当系统接收线圈回路处于谐振状态且负载电阻接近于最优值时,系统整体效率高达95%;而当系统接收线圈回路失谐时对于最优负载电阻,仍能容许回路阻抗角在-30°~40°内变化取得90%以上的效率.基于以上结果,提出一种DC/DC变换器作为接收整流侧后端阻抗变换网络的改进方案,调整反射电阻跟随最优负载电阻,实现E类逆变电路零电压开通使得磁谐振无线输电系统保持90%以上的整体效率,并在E类逆变电路中增加空载断电环节改进系统空载损耗较大的不足.<br>Abstract: As high frequency power supply of a magnetic resonant wireless power transfer system, efficiency of Class E inverter is highly valued for system performance. This paper is devoted to a magnetic resonant wireless power transfer system based on lass E inverter. On analysis of ideal operation mode of Class E inverter and by using SIMetrix/SIMPLIS simulation, it is shown that the total efficiency of system can reach 95% when the receiver circuit maintains resonant and load resistance keeps in the vicinity of the optimal value. Moreover, once the optimal load resistance is satisfied, system efficiency would get over 90% for receiver circuit impendence angle tolerance of-30°~40°. Based on above results, an improved scheme of DC/DC converter as impendence conversion network after rectifier is presented. Reflect impedance will be dynamically adjusted to follow optimal load resistance, and zero voltage switching of Class E inverter, as well as above 90% system efficiency will be realized.
