%0 Journal Article %T 无胶软木橡胶复合板工艺和性能研究<br>Processes of Self-bonding Cork Rubber Composite Board %A PHAM Van Man %A 邱增处 %A 郑林义 %A 韩文龙 %J 西北林学院学报 %D 2015 %R doi:10.3969/j.issn.1001-7461.2015.01.36 %X 基于无胶胶合技术,研究了一种既综合软木和橡胶的优良性能,又没有合成树脂胶黏剂的新型绿色软木橡胶产品――无胶软木橡胶复合板。采用正交试验,并作方差与极差分析,结果表明,无胶复合板的最佳生产工艺参数为:热压温度190℃,配坯密度0.6 g?cm-3,软木大小为40目与16目混合颗粒,软木橡胶质量比为2∶3。<br>A new type of environmental friendly composite made from cork and rubber was prepared based on adhesive-free technology. The composite combined the good performances both from rubber and cork.
