%0 Journal Article %T 水稻立枯病抗性资源筛选<br>Screening of Rice Germplasm Resistant to Fusarium verticillioides %A 王显宗 %A 孙 %A 健 %A 关永鑫 %A 邹德堂 %J 西北农业学报 %D 2018 %R 10.7606/j.issn.1004-1389.2018.04.009 %X 利用黑龙江省226份水稻种质资源进行苗期耐立枯病的鉴定,以轮枝镰刀菌为供试菌株,采用人工接种,筛选得到不同表现值的抗源材料。鉴定结果表明:鉴定筛选出高抗品种12份,分别为‘龙粳20号’‘东农429’‘富士光’‘龙稻5号’‘龙粳27号’‘垦稻18’‘黑粳2号’‘龙粳21号’‘朴洪根稻’‘石狩白毛’‘垦稻9’‘垦稻11’,占资源总数的5.31%;中抗品种29份,占总数的12.83%;中感品种为63份,占总数的27.88%;感病品种99份,占总数的43.81%;高感品种为‘合江11号’‘东农420’‘牡丹江31号’‘合江10号’‘东农419’等23份,占资源总数的10.18%,但没有发现免疫品种。<br>In the present study, a total of 226 rice germplasms from Heilongjiang province were evaluated for the resistance to Fusarium verticillioides with the method of artificial inoculation, and the resistant materials with different performance values were screened. The appraisal result showed that twelve rice accessions with high resistance to Fusarium verticillioides were identified, included ‘Longjing 20’‘Dongnong 429’‘Fushiguang’‘Longdao 5’‘Longjing 27’‘Kendao 18’‘Heijing 2’‘Longjing 21’‘Piaohonggendao’‘Ishikari-shiroge’‘Kendao 9’‘Kendao 11’,which account for 5.31% of the total accessions. Twenty-nine rice accessions with moderate resistance to Fusarium verticillioides were identified, which account for 12.83% of the total accessions. Sixty-three rice accessions with moderate susceptible to Fusarium verticillioides were identified, which account for 27.88% of the total accessions. Ninety-nine rice accessions with susceptible to Fusarium verticillioides were identified, which account for 43.81% of the total accessions. Twenty-tree rice accessions with high susceptible to Fusarium verticillioides were identified, included ‘Hejiang 11’‘Dongnong 420’‘Mu danjiang 31’‘Hejiang 10’‘Dongnong 419’ and et al., which account for 10.18% of the total accessions. And none accession was found to be immune to Fusarium verticillioides.
