%0 Journal Article %T 刺五加内生放线菌对5种苹果病原真菌的拮抗作用初探<br>Antagonism of Endophytic Actinomycetes Isolated from Acanthopanax senticosus to Five Apple Pathogenic Fungi %A 刘爱华 %A 徐红艳 %A 王 %A 彬 %A 王 %A 卫 %A 周 %A 波 %A 袁丽杰 %J 西北农业学报 %D 2017 %R 10.7606/j.issn.1004-1389.2017.01.012 %X 以苹果病原真菌尖孢镰刀菌、层出镰刀菌、串珠镰刀菌、腐皮镰刀菌、立枯丝核菌为靶标菌,采用皿内对峙培养法,对265株刺五加内生放线菌进行抗菌活性筛选。结果表明:供试的265株内生放线菌抗菌谱广,抗菌活性强,至少具有1种抗菌活性的菌株占菌株总数的51.0%。对层出镰刀菌和串珠镰刀菌具有抑制活性的菌株较多,分别占检测总菌株的38.9%和48.7%。对尖孢镰刀菌、腐皮镰刀菌、立枯丝核菌有抑制作用的菌株数量接近,分别占检测菌株总数的23.4%、31.7%、28.7%。对强活性菌株的PKSⅠ、PKSⅡ、NRPS、Helo、CYP功能基因筛选结果提示,菌株大多具有至少1种功能基因。10株强活性菌株系统发育分析表明,这些菌株都属于链霉菌属菌株。<br>Using Petri dish confront culture method, the activities of 265 strains of endophytic actinomycetes isolated from Acanthopanax senticosus were screened with Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium proliferatum, Fusarium moniliforme, Fusarium solani, and Rhizoctonia solani.These strains displayed a strong anti-fungi activity and a wide spectrum, 51.0% of total showed at least one kind of anti-fungi activity. 38.9% and 48.7% of total strains indicated more inhibitory activity to Fusarium solani and Fusarium moniliforme. 23.4%, 31.7% and 28.7% of the total strains showed inhibition to Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium solani, Rhizoctonia solani respectively. The functional genes screening for PKSⅠ, PKSⅡ, NRPS, Helo, CYP suggested that the strong active strains had at least one active metabolites synthase gene.
